Meet Joyce

A little about me...

My interest in plant-based nutrition began in 2015 when I began exploring new ways to feel more energised and improve my overall health. I eliminated animal products and processed foods gradually and began juicing. The positive, cumulative effects I experienced encouraged me to keep researching the range of healing and protective benefits that come with this lifestyle.

Enrolling in Dr. T. Colin Campbell's Plant-based Nutrition programme through eCornell, bolstered my knowledge of how diet can impact many of our chronic diseases such as cancer, diabetes, heart disease, etc. for better or worse. Natural wholefoods, in all their colours and abundance can help us avert illness and indeed heal from these same afflictions. This knowledge is powerful.

As a qualified teacher, my instinct is to share this vital information, which prompted me to complete a Vegan Nutritionist Diploma, in order to guide others along the path to better health, vitality and empowerment. 

​

My mission is to offer information and  support in a caring environment, to assist clients make more informed choices and take control of their own health.
